Fitness Coaching
The first step is to choose a workout that is right for your fitness level and goals.
You are embarking on a new lifestyle, one that will dramatically change your life. It is imperative that you choose a fitness program that will help you achieve those results, but also one that you will enjoy. You have to be committed to your workouts and should chose one that will encourage you to press play everyday.
What Type of Coaching Will I Receive?
As your Coach, together, we will determine which program is right for you. What are you goals? How much weight do you want to lose and why? What type of activities do you like to do? These questions will make sure that we choose a program you will enjoy as well as get the results.
A nutrition plan comes with each workout or I will customize a specific plan for you. I will work with you to make sure you understand your plan and provide tips and strategies to overcome obstacles.
You will communicate with me and others I am coaching via a private Facebook group. I may also be contacted by text message, voxer, email, telephone or any way you prefer to communicate. You are not alone and the best thing is, I am free! I come with your fitness program.
Why Do I Coach?
It's this simple:
I understand the difficulties involved with losing weight after forty. I am a forty something year old grandmother. I have fibromyalgia, and went through a battle of unexplained weight gain. I can help you get through any battle you are facing, young or old. It's all about team work and support. We are stronger together!
Heart disease, congestive heart failure and diabetes run in my family. I know how hypokinetic diseases and sedentary lifestyles affect families. I know what it feels like to miss someone and wish it could have been different. I have lost loved ones; most before their 60th birthday.
At the age of 52 my mother began having health issues. She suffered for years with heart disease and diabetes. The doctor had told my mother to exercise and change her eating habits or she would continue on a downward spiral. She didn't know where to begin, and at the time I was living the same lifestyle as she. When my mother past at the age of 69, I began to make changes in my own life; for my children. Fitness became a passion for me; to help others. I deeply regret not being able to help my mother. I regret not knowing then; what I know now. I have the determination and motivation to help anyone that is willing and ready to get started.
